Noodle Kugel

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cups broad noodles cooked
  • ½ cup raisins seedless
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375℉.
  • Cook and drain noodles.
  • Beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add noodles, raisins, lemon juice, melted butter, a dash of cinnamon, a drop of vanilla.
  • Turn into a well-greased ring mold or baking dish.
  • Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in oven 50 minutes or until browned. Check after 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil if needed.
