breadcrumbs
cinnamon

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375℉.
Cook and drain noodles.
Beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add noodles, raisins, lemon juice, melted butter, a dash of cinnamon, a drop of vanilla.
Turn into a well-greased ring mold or baking dish.
Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
Bake in oven 50 minutes or until browned. Check after 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil if needed.
