Knead all ingredients together. If sticky, add flour to your hands.
Roll onto floured board. If you haven't got a board, use aluminum foil with flour on the rolling pin. Use as little flour as possible for rolling. Use just enough so that the dough does not stick.
Roll out a circle to measure larger than the pie plate. When removing the pie dough to put into pan, try to gently lift it off of the foil or board. If you find it easier to wrap it around the rolling pin, remove it this way.
Butter pan and lay the dough in the pan.
Should you have tears in the dough, don't cry, simply patch it.
