Ingredients

semi-sweet chocolate chips

tbsp
cold water
2
tbsp
sugar
1
tsp
vanilla

eggs
large, separated
whipped cream
Instructions
In top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate with water and sugar.
Stir until smooth, then blend in vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Beat in egg yolks one at a time until blended.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold in carefully.
Pour into soufflé cups or sherberts.
Cover and chill overnight or at least 8 hours.
Serve with a puff of whipped cream.
