Topping

apples

Glaze
apricot jam
orange juice
Instructions
Crust
Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla, and flour.
Use butter or spray on pan.
Press crust mix on sides and bottom of pan.
Filling
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs, and sugar.
Stir in sour cream.
Spread mixture evenly over crust and spread to edge.
Topping
Peel and slice apples.
Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
Arrange apple topping around cheese mixture.
Glaze
Dilute apricot jam in orange juice, and warm slightly.
Brush glaze on top with paint brush that has been soaked in water.
Baking
Bake for 50 minutes (10 minutes at 450℉, 40 minutes at 400℉)
