Noodle Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 lb noodles broad
- 1 pt sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- salt
- pepper
- corn flakes crushed
- bread crumbs
- butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350℉.
- Cook noodles in salted water and drain.
- Mix sour cream, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper together.
- Add noodles.
- Butter casserole dish generously.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes and little bread crumbs on bottom. Pour in mixture. Sprinkle more crumbs on top. Dot with butter.
- Bake 1 ½ hours.
