Chopped Liver

Ingredients
  

  • chicken livers
  • 2 eggs per 1 lb. of liver
  • 1 onion per 1 lb. of liver
  • 3 stalks celery
  • chicken fat
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs in cold water. When boiling, add liver. Boil 15 minutes.
  • Fry onion in chicken fat.
  • Grind, alternately - starting with liver, egg, onions, celery. End with celery to clean out grinder.
  • Mix - adding salt, pepper, and chicken fat until smooth.
  • Grease mold with chicken fat and pack in liver. To remove, put in hot water for a minute.
