Ingredients
- chicken livers
- 2 eggs per 1 lb. of liver
- 1 onion per 1 lb. of liver
- 3 stalks celery
- chicken fat
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Put eggs in cold water. When boiling, add liver. Boil 15 minutes.
- Fry onion in chicken fat.
- Grind, alternately - starting with liver, egg, onions, celery. End with celery to clean out grinder.
- Mix - adding salt, pepper, and chicken fat until smooth.
- Grease mold with chicken fat and pack in liver. To remove, put in hot water for a minute.
